Shortly after placing your order, you’ll receive a call from our call center. Our health expert will discuss your order and any related concerns with you. Once you’re fully satisfied and give your confirmation, your order will be dispatched and delivered to you within a maximum of 2 to 4 days.

nopened Products: You can return any unopened product within 10 days of purchase.

Opened Products: If you’re unsatisfied with an opened product, call us at 03-111-HERBEX for assistance.


Return Options:

1. Direct Return: Return the product to our Marketing Office, and we’ll refund your amount via Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.


2. Courier Pickup: Our courier partner can collect the product from your delivery address. A fee of Rs. 200 will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining amount will be transferred to your Bank Account, Easy Paisa, or Jazz Cash.



Tampered Products:

If you suspect tampering, retain the original product and packaging. Contact our customer care team for further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Online Purchases: If you purchased Herbex products from another website, please follow their specific return and refund procedures.

Retail Purchases: For items bought from our retail partners, return them directly to the store in accordance with their return policy.
